Teyana Taylor released a workout dvd because, #bodygoals. And her husband Iman Sumpert ain't too shabby in the fitness department either. But there's four other types of fitspo vids we're going to need from one of the world's sexiest couples for us to actually get off the couch, and stat.

Yeah, that Fade 2 Fit workout DVD sounds all well and good.  But we're 99% positive we're not going to look like even 1/8 of the fit-without-trying bae Teyana Taylor no matter how many times we press play.

Now that quadruple threat Teyana & her NBA baller husband Iman are about to be gracing our TV's every week, we're feeling a bit motivated to get on their hot bodied level.  Or at least to do some ish we can snap for the Gram and feel good about reaching our fitness goals for the day.

So here's four other fitness vids we'd love The Shumperts to drop that don't require a gym or dance skills.

1. Fitness Kama Sutra

 photo Iman-Shumpert-and-Teyana-Taylor-for-GQ-March-20173_zpsit4kplsy.jpg

Y'all know these two are sexy AF.  So if they could dish up a bedroom behavior instructional - R rated, not X - for us to "practice" in our own time, we'd appreciate it.  Thanks.

2. Chasing A Toddler

A post shared by Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr (@babyjunie4) on

They're parents to a 2-year-old who has all of her mama's sassiness and energy.  So we can only imagine how much they run and chase behind baby girl Junie.  Showing us how a day of that goes down in the Shumpert household would be hilarious, but informative.  Playing "chase" with a toddler, or bae, could be fun.  We think.

3. Paparazzi Posing

 photo Screen Shot 2018-03-22 at 11.16.56 PM_zpsuvqhfchu.png

Killing some beach "candids" is harder than it looks.  It's probably a workout.  Hopefully.

4. Modeling runways during NYFW

 photo TeyanaTaylorPhilippPleinFrontRowSeptemberX4LrML4lB1El_zpsphautjxh.jpg photo TeyanaTaylorBlondsBackstageSeptember2017568-jYOowzLl_zpsssqtgyds.jpg

Apparently, Teyana was born to walk a catwalk honey.  And crawl down it, dance down it, strut down it and do everything else on that piece. If turns this art she calls walking down a runway into a workout video,

We're just trying to be fit and great around these parts.  Hopefully The Shumperts help us help ourselves.

The new "Teyana & Iman" reality show premieres Monday, March 26th on VH1, 8c/9e.

The rumor mill is still going about Cardi B’s alleged pregnancy and now it’s being reported she’s due this summer. And this alleged pregnancy won’t stop her Coachella performance. Sip the tea, plus deets on Snapchat throwing shade in an ad inside…

Cardi B keeps saying she’s NOT pregnant and that she’s just getting fat. But, the rumor mill says otherwise. And so does that mysterious bump we see when she’s out in public. Her outfit choices (like above at the iHeart Radio Music Awards) are SCREAMING she’s hiding something.

Sources have told TMZ that Cardi is in fact pregnant with her fiancé Offset’s baby and she’s allegedly due in the first week of July. And just because she’s (supposedly) pregnant doesn’t mean she’s going to let that get in the way of her money flow.

The sources said she will also still hit the stage at Coachella next month where she’ll be about 7 months along. Hmm….maybe she’s waiting till then to make the big announcement?

 photo cardip2.jpg

Not only is she supposed to hit the stage at Coachella, she will also reportedly go on tour with Bruno Mars in September, two months after giving birth to her baby if the rumors are true. Like we said, she stands to lose some extreme coinage if she doesn’t perform, amounts to the sound of $100K per night on tour. Sheesh! And around the same for her Coachella performance.

Time will tell if there’s officially a bun in the oven…

Why is Snapchat so shady?

They created an ad that has Rihanna and Chris Brown fans upset, and Rihanna herself read them for filth.

The social media platform posted an ad asking users users if they “would rather slap Rihanna or punch Chris Brown.”

 photo chriannasnapchat.jpg

Really, Snap?

Users were shocked that the company would approve an ad that basically makes light of their 2009 Grammy domestic violence incident.

Now, Snapchat has removed the ad and is apologizing:

“The ad was reviewed and approved in error as it violates our advertising guidelines,” a Snapchat spokesperson told the Sun Online. “We immediately removed the ad last weekend, once we became aware. We are sorry that this happened.”

Rihanna isn't trying to hear it though.  She posted to Instagram (which is shade in itself) an hour ago saying:

Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter Chelsea Clinton called them out on Twitter about the ad:

This Khia VS. TS Madison beef could be the demise of “The Queens Court.” Deets inside…

Khia and TS Madison’s “Queens Court” web series took the Internet by storm when the ladies decided to hop in front of the camera on Monday nights to dish on everything that’s happening in the celebrity/entertainment world. The ladies’ raw and uncut commentary had viewers tuning in every week to see what outlandish shade would be thrown. But now, it seems the “Queens Court” is DUNZO!

 photo queenscourt.jpg

So what happened?

Well, a few weeks ago, Khia and TS Madison were scheduled to interview comedian/actress Mo’Nique, but they were having extreme technical issues. It got so bad that Khia walked OUT as they were trying to get everything situated for the interview. And viewers got to see it all play out since Mo had her Periscope live streaming during the meltdown. Maddy even started crying.

Check it:

Following the failed interview, there was obviously tension between the co-hosts, but they still appeared for a live event together to do the “Queens Court" in Washington, D.C. Since then, things have been going downhill and the ladies have been making online videos to tell their side of what really went down between them.

Khia decided to start filming her own show, dubbed, “Gag Order,” where she’s essentially doing the same type of commentary she did with Maddy. However, during a recent segment, the “My Neck, My Back” rapper went IN on her former co-host. Now, she had gone in a little bit on Maddy when she started the new series, but took it THERE during the last roast.

Khia said she brought TS Madison up on the docket because she received over 30 emails from black women that are accusing him of “bullying them for doing the same thing that you do.” The rapper didn’t sugar coat anything while roasting TS Madison, questioning why he hasn’t fully transformed into a woman since he has so much money and wants to be a woman so bad, she doesn’t understand why he didn’t spend that money on getting his name changed and getting some new identification. Since his paperwork says “Timothy Hinton,” she’s going to call him a “he.”

Check it:

Here's the full clip if you're interested:

Following Khia's roast, Maddy responded with SHADE, but has seemingly ended her beef with the rapper and said she's on to bigger things:

 photo maddy1.jpg

When Khia first came after TS Madison after their falling out, Maddy hopped on YouTube to explain how she elevated Khia and the "Queens Court" brand. She made it clear she didn't STEAL anything like Khia has been accusing her. She said she's the one who tied up all the loose business ends, therefore, there's no way she stole anything that she paid for with HER money. The gag? She said Khia declined to put up ANY money to go towards the business. Oh?

Peep the clip below:

Yeah, so if you were a fan of "The Queens Court," it appears it's OVER!  Especially because they both have been promoting solo shows:

New gigs! Tisha Campbell and Regina King are currently working on a cop drama while Remy Ma will be joining the “Queen of the South” cast. Get those deets, plus leanr about Ava DuVernay's new superhero project inside...

 photo TIS2.jpg

Back in December, Tisha Campbell-Martin’s show “Secrets & Lies” was canceled and so was Regina King’s “American Crime,” a show that earned her TWO EMMY awards.

But, no worries!

 photo TIS3.jpg

The YBF actresses have inked new gigs on an upcoming ABC cop drama series. They’re going to play two of five black sisters who serve as officers in the NYPD. Now that is going to be an interesting spin on a show.

Not only is Regina starring in the series, she’s also executive producing alongside “GMA’s” Robin Roberts and Pam Veasey, and she’ll be directing. Pam Veasey will write the script.

 photo TISH4.jpg

Here’s the synopsis:

“[The untitled drama will follow] the lives of five African-American sisters, all officers in the NYPD, as they face the challenges of their high-risk jobs while juggling the responsibilities of marriage, motherhood and family."

 photo Tis1.jpg

Tisha has joined Amirah Vann (“Underground,” “How To Get Away With Murder”), who will play one of the sisters.

The “Martin” alum will play Sergeant Anise Kendrick-Morrison, "a witty, tough, and outspoken Patrol Officer with a sharp sense of humor. She is immensely proud of her family, especially her four sisters who are all in the NYPD. The first to join the force, she proudly patrols her own childhood neighborhood in Queens." The series is actually based on true story about the Holmes sisters, who Robin Roberts covered on "Good Morning America."

Yep, Tisha is returning to her old stomping grounds at the ABC network after starring on “Dr. Ken” and “My Wife and Kids.”

And unless you’ve been under a rock, there are rumors that Tisha could reunite with Martin Lawrence for a “Martin” reboot. Chick has to stay busy after filing for divorce from her husband of 20+ years Duane Martin.

When the rap queen meets the drug queen!

Remy Ma is looking to get her feet wet in the acting world as it was just announced that she’ll be guest starring in Season 3 of USA Network’s “Queen of the South.”

According to USA Network‘s news release, Remy “is set to appear as Vee, a key member of Chicago drug mogul Devon Finch’s (Jamie Hector) security detail. Vee is efficient in combat and weaponry, courageous, deeply loyal, and can always be depended on by her boss and crew.'”

Goodbye reality TV, hello scripted television. 2018 is looking better and better for Rem.

They’re currently shooting scenes for Season 3. No word just yet when the new season premieres.

Ava DuVernay is still making big moves after her #2 box office hit A Wrinkle In Time.

The fab directress will be bringing her talents to Warner Bros and DC's big-budget screen adaptation of The New Gods. Of course, if she closes the deal with them. Once the deal is done, they'll be looking for a screenwriter who will create the narrative and work one-on-one with Ava.

This is a HUGE deal being that this will be the second time a superhero franchise from Warner Bros/DC will be directed by a woman, following Wonder Woman.

Deadline reports:

The New Gods was the Genesis of the uber-villain Darkseid. Also called “Fourth World,” the Kirby creation debuted in a trilogy of related comics written and drawn by Kirby that were published in the very early 1970s: New Gods, Forever People and Mister Miracle. The New Gods came into existence after the world of the gods of classic mythology were destroyed during Ragnarok. The deities inhabit two planets: one is New Genesis, a lush paradise, and the other Apokolips, which sounds like Dante’s version of hell. War ensues. There is a rich universe of extraordinary characters for DuVernay to play with here.

Ava stays killing it.

Let.Him.Know.Venus!  One of our fave tennis queens had time to check a reporter right after she played her a** off against her own sister.  Check out what went down inside...

 photo VenusWilliamsBNPParibasOpenDay8Q-wNqcsVvW8l_zpskun2iw2l.jpg

Venus Williams was the victor in the most recent showdown with her little sis (and new mom) Serena at the current BNP Paribas tournament.  It may be Serena nabbing all the comeback headlines, but don't sleep on Venus either.

 photo VenusWilliamsBNPParibasOpenDay8MO0PXoikBp5l_zpss3fbpqjh.jpg

Before she had a moment to relish in her huge win, a male reporter made the big mistake of pointing out Venus' age.

In her post-match, on-court interview, the older Williams sister was asked:

"Who would have ever thought, at 37-years-old,you'd be back at the top of the mountain and playing this type of tennis? What does the journey feel like to you?"

Her response, with a coy laugh that got him together right quick:

"Well, Andrew I never go around talking about how old you are."

When Andrew tried to say "we're the same age," she hit him with the 'CHILE PLEASE' look.

He said he learned his lesson.

In an inspirational moment, Venus revealed:

"I’m from right down the street in Compton, CA and this just shows that wherever you come from and you believe in yourself, you can do anything."

Yassss Venus!  Check it below:

Check out their highlights below, in case you missed it:

After winning Tuesday night's match as well, Venus enters the Quarterfinals tonight at 8pET and battles C. Suárez Navarro.

Good luck, V!

Step inside for our family round up involving Halle Berry and her kids, Ray J and Princess Love’s upcoming arrival, and the custody battle update between Nas and Kelis

 photo Tish5.jpg

We love seeing Halle Berry on the screen and off the screen, especially when she’s on mom duty.

The 51-year-old mom-of-two was spotted leaving the dentist office with her kids, Nahla (9) and Maceo (4), in Beverly Hills following a routine check up at the dentist.

As they strolled through the streets, the Oscar winning actress toted a colorful umbrella to keep the kiddies dry just in case it started to rain.

Little Maceo looked like he was ready to take off running any minute.

 photo IMG_0821.jpg

As of now, the Hollywood actress isn't working on any new projects. Maybe she's focusing more of her time into her lingerie collection, Scandale.

Speaking of family time...

 photo rayjprincess.png

Ray J and Princess Love had some fun celebrating their first child together that's about to make their grand entrance into the world.

Princess’ mother threw a baby shower for the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” stars. Ray J got to meet all of Princess’ cousins on her Filipino side.

We noticed all of the pictures the soon-to-be parents posted were in black and white. And now we know why…

They were trying to conceal whether they were having a boy or a girl based on the color of the decorations. But, someone who received access to their baby’s registry revealed the couple will be welcoming a baby girl!

Everything on the registry is dripping in PINK, so it’s do doubt they’re having a girl.

According to TMZ, here are some of the luxe items on their list:

The gifts ain't cheap either. A baby basket made of cashmere runs about $2,800, while a travel crib costs about $300. A lot of outfits range between $25 and $200 ... and a damn rocking sheep (horses are out apparently) will set their guests back nearly $1,000!

There’s also talk of another baby shower set to go down this weekend in LA. Sources claim they’re dropping a cool $250,000 for the shower. Sheesh!

Baby Norwood is expected to make her arrival this summer.

The Nas vs. Kelis custody battle over their son Knight Jones is doing going strong in court. And now, their lawyers are reportedly stooping to new lows.

According to reports, Nas’ attorney went so far as to call the “Milkshake” singer a “d*ck” during a recent deposition. Apparently, ish got heated during the deposition and Kelis claims Nas’ attorney started getting petty, calling her a “fattie” and a “d*ck.” The nerve.

Sounds like this is only going to hurt the Queensbridge rapper, even more so since Kelis is requesting more child support from him as well.

National Geographic's newest issue will cover race, but before the publication puts everyone else on blast about the subject, they decided to confront their own racism when it comes to choosing covers. And they’re acting as if light skin blacks aren’t common. Deets inside…

Here we are in 2018 and we’re still tackling race.

National Geographic decided this month’s topic would be on race, but before they highlighted the subject, they decided to examine it’s own history of racism. Especially when it comes to the covers they choose for the magazine.

National Geographic’s editor-in-chief Susan Goldberg, who is the first woman and the first Jewish person to become EIC, wrote an open letter inside “The Race Issue” to pull the lid back on the publication’s racism.

As she summarized, “until the 1970s National Geographic all but ignored people of color who lived in the United States . . . . Meanwhile it pictured ‘natives’ elsewhere as exotics, famously and frequently unclothed, happy hunters, noble savages—every type of cliché,” she wrote in the letter with the headline, “For Decades, Our Coverage was Racist. To Rise Above Our Past, We Must Acknowledge It.”

 photo natgeotwins.png

The new cover features bi-racial fraternal twins, Marcia and Millie Biggs, who are seemingly used to represent our “post racial future.” Oh? Where exactly have you been National Geographic?

In fact, it’s not a rarity for one twin to resemble one parent and vice versa. Looking at them, one would say their differences lie in the color of their skin.  Not their race. In the story, it talks about how race isn’t even a real thing, but is this the right story to support that idealogy?

“The 21-century understanding of human genetics tells us that the whole idea of race is a human invention,” Patricia Edmonds wrote in “The Race Issue.”

Then she wrote, “And yet 50 years after the assassination of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., racial identity has reemerged as a fundamental dividing line in our world.”

Yet, on the cover of the magazine, “Black and White” is written under the picture of the girls. Aren't both children, according to the generally accepted idealogy, black?

The tagline reads, “These twin sisters make us rethink everything we know about race.”

The second tagline online reads, "These Twins, One Black and One White, Will Make You Rethink Race".

Will they?

Because this isn't the first time we've seen fraternal twins with different complexions. Is one actually "white"?

If you're black, then you know how our skin color can vary even when we share the same blood. So, how exactly do these twins make us rethink everything we know about race? It's like they're acting as if there has never been twins, bi-racial twins at that, who share different features and skin color.

It’s also odd that Nat Geo writes about getting away from these classifications in the issue, yet still using the same terminology in their coverage.

Twitter has been in an uproar all week about this, by the way.

“My Wife & Kids” star Parker McKenna Posey has been getting cozy with YouTube guru Chris Sails on the heels of Chris calling it quits with his wife Queen Naija due to cheating. More inside…

She’s all grown up! Really grown up.

We first met Parker McKenna Posey as the adorable youngest child, named Kady Kyle, in the family on “My Wife & Kids.” Now, she’s all grown up and she’s making headlines involving her love life.

 photo parker3.png

The actress is sparking dating rumors (again) after she popped up on YouTube guru Chris Sails’ Instagram page. Apparently, Parker is Chris’ leading lady in his new music video and he shared a few lovey, dovey behind-the-scenes flicks from shoot.

“Music Video coming soon! @parkermckennaaa thank you gorgeous for being apart of my first music video I’m super excited photo credit @linnylinnnlin,” he captioned on Instagram.

And here’s a BTS clip from the video that shows just how steamy it gets between the two during the video treatment:

Then, this happened...

 photo parker5.jpg

During the shoot, Parker posed for a picture holding Chris’ son CJ, whom he shares with this wife Queen Naija, in her lap with a lace bathing suit on. A makeup artist snapped the flick and posted it to social media and it started making its rounds quickly. Fans of Chris and Queen were upset that Chris would have another woman around his child so soon after breaking up with his wife and they were mad she was holding him without a shirt on.

Here’s Chris explaining the picture, claiming it wasn’t taken to spite Queen:

Parker continues to deny dating Chris, yet she always seems to pop up when he's on Instagram Live filming. They've gone shopping together and are heard calling each other "bae."

Peep the clips above and below to see Parker and Chris all boo'd up like they're a couple:

About a month ago, he made a video with the title "INTRODUCING MY NEW GIRLFRIEND!," however he never actually introduces her, but Parker does appear in the clip:

As for what Chris' estranged wife thinks of it all...

Queen said Parker can have Chris and she has no beef with her. As for the picture of Parker holding her son, she said she doesn't have a problem with it because she knows Chris wouldn't have their son around someone who would harm him in any way.

If you're not familiar with Chris and Queen, they rose to YouTube fame with their relationship YouTube series. However, Chris admitted he cheated on his wife back in September 2017. They have since called it quits, but fans are still holding out hope that they will get back together.

From the looks of it, it doesn't appear that'll be happening any time soon.

By the way, Queen has a new man in her life as well. Bloop.

Soon as Jim Jones started to feel like being on “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition” was a waste of time, his fiancée Chrissy Lampkin hits him with some truth serum. Catch the sneak peek before tonight’s episode inside…

Rapper Jim Jones, his fiancée of 7 years Chrissy Lampkin and his mother Mama Jones have been working through their family issues on the latest season of “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition.” And we've got a sneak peek at how they're doing.

In tonight's episode, the Dipset rapper appears to have had enough of all of the “work” they’ve been putting in during “bootcamp.” He made it known to the counselors that all of the exercises they have them doing aren’t working.

“You’re not doing nothing that’s substantial to what me and my family came here for,” he told them.

Well, Dr. Ish whipped out the big guns, revealing a clip of Chrissy pouring her heart out about how hard she has worked to save their relationship over the years and how she's tired of feeling like she has to constantly prove herself worthy of being with Jimmy.

It seems that was enough to get the NYC rapper in his feelings and motivated to actually do the “work" to save his family.

Drake and Lauryn Hill on a track? Yep. Get the deets on their secret collaboration, plus listen to Trina and Rick Ross’ new collaboration titled “Barking” inside…

Some fans got a sneak peek (or listen) to a new Drake track that appears to feature Lauryn Hill.

L. Boogie’s son Joshua Omaru Marley posted up a snippet of the song – that we believe to be titled “Showin Off” – on his Snapchat that he captioned, “Drake x Mom. Nobody has this but me.”

A snippet of the alleged track was also uploaded to SoundCloud by a user, but it was quickly yanked down by Drizzy’s camp. Drake’s label Universal Music Group issued a cease-and-desist letter to the person who uploaded the track:

Based on what some folks heard before it was taken down, “Showin Off” features the Young Money rapper spitting bars over a new version of L. Boogie’s 1998 hit “Ex-Factor,” a cute featured on her classic album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

On the track, he reportedly raps:

“You’ve been inside, know you like to lay low/I’ve been peepin’ what you bringing to the table / Working hard, girl, everything paid for.”

We would share the snippet, but it's literally being yanked down everywhere it’s posted.

It’s unclear if Drizzy and Lauryn are officially collaborating on the track or if he’s just sampling her from her catalog. It wouldn’t be the first time he used an L. Boogie sample. He rhymed over Lauryn’s “Doo Wop (That Thing)” on his track “Draft Day.” He also brought Lauryn Hill out during his OVO Fest in 2014.

We know Drizzy is currently working on a new album in Toronto, so there’s no telling if this mystery track will land on it or not.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see if the song will see the light of day.

Trina and Rick Ross are teaming up again!

After collaborating on Trina’s 2002 “Told Y'All,” the Baddest B*tch and the Biggest Bawse have reunited for her new track, “Barking.” And it’s extra ratchet and raunchy -- the makings of the perfect strip club anthem.

The lyrics are extra X-Rated. Rozay hops on the hook rapping:

“She wanna throw it like a dog, throw it like a dog (repeat)/Got me barking in that p*ssy (repeat)/I’m a big dog (repeat)

The Diamond Princess laced the track with her usual lewd rhymes:

“You got me feeling ratchet, big fat n*gga/Maybach keys, lay back nigga/I bust it wide open for that black cock. I know the forecast you gone make it rain hard.”

The new track drops on the heels of Rozay being released from the hospital after a 4-day stint. He’s working on his next album, Port of Miami 2: Born to Kill. Meanwhile, the “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star is looking to release another solo album titled The One and then she’s dropping a collaboration anthem with her homie/co-star Trick Daddy.

Featuring metallic cutouts and a gold train, the dress played into the evening’s theme of Waco to Wakanda, the fictional world in which “Black Panther” takes place. - “We wanted to create an art statement, taking inspiration from the Nubian warrior queen [Amanishakheto],” said designers Falguni and Shane Peacock. “We felt it was the perfect inspiration when designing for such a strong woman like Beyoncé.” The Indian duo previously worked with Bey on the long black gown seen in her “Formation” video. - “The metallic cutouts are placed strategically to mimic the shape of armor, as worn by the Nubian armies,” the designers continued. “The elaborate gold train was added to create a 3-D effect that emphasized royalty. Bey's dramatic metallic gold look was designed by Falguni Shane Peacock. Completely over-the-top yet totally necessary.

The incidents of exploding packages around the city of Austin are still occurring, and the latest has injured more people just one day after SXSW cancelled The Roots and several planned concerts after bomb threats. Full story inside...

UPDATE: The two victims of the latest attack are white males, according to CNN.

Two men have been rushed to the hospital with serious, but non life threatening life injuries in yet another explosion in Austin, Texas Sunday night.

Over the last few weeks, incidents of exploding packages being delivered to Austin area homes have been happening at an alarming rate.  Police have been treating the sometimes fatal incidents as possible hate crimes as the victims have been black or hispanic.  What's REALLY going on?!

Information about Sunday's victims has not yet been released.

While there is no word yet if this is related to three previous explosions that happened earlier this month that killed two and injured two, authorities are treating the incident with an abundance of caution.

Dawn Song residents have been ordered not to leave their homes until daylight.  Schools will also be delayed for two hours tomorrow.

ABC 7 News reports:

APD Chief Brian Manley says residents within half mile radius of Dawn Song Drive are advised to stay inside or avoid the area until daylight, and that police are investigating a second item--a backpack--found in the neighborhood.

The FBI and ATF are on the scene to assist in the investigation.

An emergency alert also just went out to many phones of people in Austin to stay inside:

Austin police's Chief Manley says his department, as well as the FBI and other groups, are offering a combined $110,000 reward for any information surrounding these exploding packages.  He just gave a brief update on the current situation, urging everyone to stay inside as they investigate a suspicious backpack:

No other updates will be given until the morning.

The popular SXSW (South by Southwest) festival is currently going down in the southern city as well.  Festival organizers and sponsors have been cancelling concerts left and right all weekend due to bomb threats.  The Roots' big concert was cancelled Saturday night before the perp making a bomb threat to their particular show was actually caught.

Just Warming Up. tonight’s show with @theroots will be #legendary.

Grab your afro wigs and plaid suits!  Migos is taking us back to the "Soul Train" days and Drake reunites with his fave bad gyal Rihanna...on wax.

Offset, Quavo and Takeoff tapped into their 70's and 80's vibes to serve up some strong "Soul Train" tease for ther new video.

Their infectious "Walk It Talk Talk It" track off their Culture II album just got the video treatment, and it's hilar.

They recreated the Saturday morning groove show from back in the day - the ATL homies tapped Jamie Foxx to play the late Don Cornelius and Drake spits his feature in the most serious jherri curl wig.  Check it:

By the way, the trio continues their international take over with a show at the O2 Academy in London this Tuesday night.

We barely recognized this big haired pop diva making her way to her new job Sunday.  Chick keeps a check, but not necearily a look.  Guess who...

She hasn't been looking like her normal self lately, but a messy ass divorce and an ex-husband stressing you all the way out will do it to you.

This mom of three works plenty of jobs and is seemingly returning to the look that made her famous:

Hey Mel B.!

 photo spl1672967_003_zpsboaik29h.jpg

The former Spice Girl was spotted arriving at "America's Got Talent" filming in Pasadena Sunday to do her judge duties.

She's rocking those huge curls again that gave her a unique steez during her "Wannabe" days, and a leopard print jacket and heels she would have totally rocked back in the 90's in her Scary Spice era.

 photo spl1672967_021_zpsmmdjwybg.jpg

She's looking quite slim and trim, but fit, and much lighter than her usual.  Maybe she's been skipping out on her bronzers and self tanners and just trying to manage a household these days.  Who knows.

We do know that despite her messy split from ex-husband Stephen Belafonte, she's still in touch with her 14-year-old former stepdaughter, Giselle Belafonte.  Mel was spotted meeting up with her at the taping and giving her a back stage laminate.

Always family, we guess.

Russell Simmons' reputation has been taking a beating after several women made detailed claims that he raped them.  Apparently, none of that has stopped these model chicks from exchanging bodily fluids with him.

Pics of Russ and his latest chick inside...

Russell Simmons surfaced this weekend after laying low for months after several allegations of rape and sexual misconduct pushed him out of his own company Def Jam.

But it looks like the #MeToo movement doesn't matter to everyone, especially not to a young model getting wined and dined by the mogul.

Russell was spotted at Craig's Restaurant in L.A. Saturday night on a date  after his come-to-Jesus trip to Bali.

Ciara and Russell Wilson was spotted leaving church in Beverly Hills recently. Peep their coupledom shots and more inside...

We know Ciara and Russell Wilson are a God fearing couple as they made it known early in their relationship that they put God first. So, it was no surprise to see the married couple leaving a church in Beverly Hills.

The Super Bowl winning QB made a statement with his attire, rocking a red shirt with black lettering that reads, “I Am Set Free.” His R&B singing wife kept a low profile in all black everything.

As we all know, Russell is the perfect gentleman, especially when it comes to his "baby" CiCi. He opened the door for her before hopping in the driver's seat.

Lena Waithe is HERE and she isn’t going anywhere. She has a few stories to tell. Go inside to see the EMMY winner’s Vanity Fair cover where she opens up about how she plans on dominating Hollywood and more….

Lena Waithe is a breath of fresh air.

The writer/actress made history as the first black woman to cop an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for her contribution to "Master of None." And since then, she has been working non-stop to tell HER stories…like only she can.

If you haven’t noticed, Lena -- and a large handful of black creatives-- have sent a message to Hollywood. Black Excellence is here (actually, it’s been here) and it isn’t going any-damn-where.

Vanity Fair knows the deal. The magazine tapped the "Master of None" star/writer to cover their April 2018 issue.

 photo lena1.png

Inside, the screenwriter-producer-actress opened up about being a black queer person in Hollywood and why it’s important for people like her to write OUR stories.

“I am tired of white folks telling my stories,” she explained. “We gotta tell our sh*t. Can’t no one tell a black story, particularly a queer story, the way I can, because I see the God in us. James Baldwin saw the God in us. Zora saw the God in us. When I’m looking for myself, I find myself in the pages of Baldwin.” And she’s right. Who better to tell a story about a black queerwoman growing up in Chicago than a black queer woman growing up in Chicago.

“I didn’t realize I was born to stand out as much as I do. But I’m grateful. Because the other black or brown queer kids are like, ‘Oh, we the sh*t,’ ” she added.

 photo lena3.png

If you haven’t noticed, "The Chi" creator is woke AF and she recognizes when studios try and pull a fast one on her.  She definitely notices when they plant the token black person in the room to make her feel more “comfortable” when she’s pitching ideas.

“The hardest thing about being a black writer in this town is having to pitch your black story to white execs,” she shared. “Also, most of the time when we go into rooms to pitch, there’s one token black executive that sometimes can be a friend and sometimes can be a foe. I wonder if they think it makes me more comfortable, if that makes me think that they’re a woke network or studio because they’ve got that one black exec. It feels patronizing. I’m not against a black exec. I want there to be more of them.”

If they would hire more black executives or execs of color, we can start having a diverse group of people who decide what should get the greenlight and what shouldn’t.

 photo lena4.png

After her history making EMMY win, it had to have changed her, right? Yep. She’s in beast mode and doesn’t care who doesn’t like it.

“How has the Emmy changed me? It got me all these meetings that I go in and say I’m too busy to work with you—you should have hollered at me. You can take my call when I call you about this black queer writer over here who’s got a dope pilot, or this person over here who’s got really cool ideas, or this actress who’s really amazing but nobody’s seen her.”

“Here’s the irony of it all,” she said. “I don’t need an Emmy to tell me to go to work. I’ve been working. I’ve been writing, I’ve been developing, I’ve been putting pieces together and I’m bullets, you know what I’m saying?”

Yes, Lena. We know exactly what you’re saying.

With all the success of the black superhero Black Panther, Vanity Fair had to ask her how she felt about the groundbreaking film. Here’s what she had to say:

“You see history books—A.D. or B.C.?,” she asked. “I feel like the world felt one way before B.P. and will feel forever changed A.B.P. These execs are all looking around and saying to themselves, ‘Sh*t, we want a Black Panther; we want a movie where motherfuckers come out in droves and see it multiple times and buy out movie theaters.’ And because we also live in a town of copycats, there are going to be a lot of bad black superhero movies coming because everybody ain’t Ryan Coogler!”

FUN FACT: Lena is engaged to Alana Mayo (pictured above), who is the head of production and development for Michael B. Jordan’s media company. Nice!

Pleanty of our faves are feeling the cover too:
